Car wash is top-notch, and staff are friendly and helpful. The membership is a good deal Plus. The vacuum stations are excellent with a lot of power.

Have visited this place multiple times and it's always been a pleasure to visit this place. My first visit to this place was when they recently opened and after that I have been a regular customer for them. Today I visited them around 7:30pm and they close at 8PM. I was happily greeted by Jason and he was very accommodating and attentive. He took his time to get my car ready . He did spray some extra cleaning liquid to get dirty stains cleaned. The vacuum section is very clean and effective. They do have 2 types of liquid which can be used for interior and glass . Cleaning Towels were almost new and have air spray gun too. Definitely recommend them. Keep up the good work.

Oh my gosh! Why didn’t I do this sooner? The monthly deal is a great bargain and my 2008 Ford Escape looks like it just rolled off the lot. Vacuums work great for interior and the cleaning chemicals are too notch. So are all the people that work there!!. Jason extra helpful and brought me new cleaning rags and showed me how the whole process works and where everything is to clean interior. Most helpful! It’s great therapy for after work to make your car shiny new. I have already told my friends. And extra bonus the little shark air freshener they give you smells just like Prada for men. Car looks great and smells amazing.

Newest location in N. Raleigh NOW OPEN!!!! 8-9 months ago, I posted that announcement. This was the newest RipTide location to open so Mid-Town residents didnt have to travel up towards Wake Forest to take advantage of this outstanding service provider. The staff has grown. Grey and all the guys and gals are Amazing, They've remodeled the customer's lounge, and with limited time specials like unlimited Top Teir Wash packages for under $15 a month, more and more people are finding their way here. Personally, I drive thru regularly because Unlimited means UNLIMITED!! Especially now with this pollen. Let me tell you the products used are the BEST. Friends and Co-workers are constantly saying how nice I keep my vehicles. My secret... RipTide. No swirls or scratches from the neoprene brushes, great wax and conditioners keep my vehicles prestine, and if you need to wipe down, vacuum and shine up your vehicle, they've got everything you need. Glass cleaner, General purpose cleaner and even high quality tire and trim dressing available for the ask. Man, you're SAVING MONEY and keeping you Car or Truck looking GREAT!! I LOVE THESE GUYS. Check it out.
